Characters nerfed

I just noticed that Zaltar and R&R characters on the test server have been nerfed or bugged, they have next to or zero levels. Perhaps a result of the problem I had with my account ?? Anyway please restore to a resent backup OR I could mgs you the correct ones. Was going to test new updates with the Zaltar character which has zero dodge for a better chance at random dust (black, green) .
